This policy covers refunds for all one-time purchases or subscription plans for ServrBill.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws.
Paddle handles payment processing. Any refund requests must be processed via Paddle according to their policies. ServrBill is not responsible for delays or denials from the payment provider.
Refunds may be considered only if legally required or in rare cases of technical failure on our end, subject to ServrBill’s review.
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at hasankhanwebdev@gmail.com, including your account details and payment info.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider (Paddle) and your bank.
