1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to ServrBill (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a restaurant billing and management platform designed to help restaurants process orders, calculate profits, and manage sales efficiently. By creating an account or using ServrBill in any way, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, you must not use ServrBill.

2. Eligibility

You may only use ServrBill if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the authority to bind the restaurant/business you represent.
• You are not located in a country restricted by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other applicable sanctions laws.
• You comply with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Creation & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ServrBill for illegal transactions or fraudulent purposes.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account with third parties.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the software.
• Use the product in multiple franchises with a single account (Only 1 account per franchise is allowed to keep the pricing model fair).
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use ServrBill in violation of any applicable law.

6. Data & Privacy

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
• You remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for your restaurant and customers.
• ServrBill does not store credit card details entered into third-party payment processors.
• We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data; therefore, we recommend that you regularly back up your reports.

7. Payment Processing Disclaimer

• ServrBill is not a bank or payment processor.
• All monetary transactions for ServrBill subscriptions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Payoneer, Stripe, Paddle).
• We are not liable for payment failures, chargebacks, or disputes handled by these providers.

8. Intellectual Property

• ServrBill’s software, trademarks, and content are our exclusive property.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ServrBill for your restaurant’s internal business purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our software without our written consent.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

ServrBill is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or compatibility with every device or browser.
ServrBill is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for ServrBill in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Fail to make payment.

You may terminate your account at any time; however, no refunds will be issued.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ServrBill after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
